Colmar, France

Colmar is s nice little town with old architecture and bright colors. We walked around, ate food, had some gelato, and on we went to Germany.

Escargot with garlic, butter, and herbs. Snails are good, they just have a hint of earth to them.

A Tarte flambee, similar to a flat pizza withe soft white cheese, cream fraiche, ham, and mushrooms. Absolutely delicious. 

And of course, the amazing European ice creams
