Annecey, France
A quick trek from Geneva, I had been hearing about this place for years. Annecey is beautiful. I wanted to change my life course and buy a house there the moment I got to the lake. It isn't huge, but there is plenty to do, see, and eat. Everyone here loves the outdoors and there's a great energetic vibe. It was a day stop on the way to Italy, but I certainly enjoyed walking the city and checking out the market.
